Max is the founding partner of Percolate Holdings. Prior to founding Percolate Holdings, Max and his partners sold Student Loan Hero (a platform that helps borrowers manage and repay their student loans) to LendingTree. Earlier in his career, Max was an investment banker and advised on billions of dollars in M&A and capital raising. Max currently lives in Needham with his wife, 2 kids, dog, and can sometimes be found hacking it on the golf course.

Amir is the founding partner at Percolate Holdings. Prior to founding Percolate holdings, much of Amir’s career has been focused on helping small businesses to fortune 100 companies acquire new customers online. Having managed tens of millions of dollars of advertising spend Amir knows how to take legacy businesses and modernize them to ensure they continue flourishing into the future. Amir currently resides in Burlington, MA with his growing family and when he isn’t working you can find him shooting hoops or watching one of the local Boston sports teams.
